.NOW...A LINE OF SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH ACROSS THE EASTERN HALF OF SOUTH FLORIDA EARLY THIS MORNING...AS WELL AS EASTERN COLLIER AND MAINLAND MONROE COUNTIES AND THE ADJACENT ATLANTIC AND GULF WATERS. THE SHOWERS WILL MOVE INTO THE EAST COAST METRO AREAS BETWEEN 7 AND 8 AM. A VERY BRIEF PERIOD OF MODERATE RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE WITH THE SHOWERS ESPECIALLY ACROSS BROWARD, MIAMI-DADE AND MAINLAND MONROE COUNTIES. BRIEF WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH ARE ALSO POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE IMMEDIATE COAST OR OVER WATER.
