A RUMBLE OF THUNDER CAN NOT BE RULED OUT. AT ELEVATIONS OF 2000 FEET AND HIGHER...UP TO AROUND A HALF INCH OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE BETWEEN 3 AND 5 PM. LOCALIZED HIGHER AMOUNTS...UP TO AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE WHERE PERSISTENT SNOW SHOWERS PASS. ON AVERAGE A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH OF LIQUID PRECIPITATION WILL BE POSSIBLE BETWEEN 3 AND 5 PM.
