RAINFALL AMOUNTS PER HOUR IN THIS BAND...WILL VARY FROM A FEW HUNDREDTHS...TO NEAR ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH. WEST OF THIS LINE...LOOK FOR TRACE AMOUNTS TO AT BEST FIVE HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH PER HOUR. THE SOGGY COMMUTE WILL CONTINUE INTO AT LEAST THE 10 AM HOUR...WITH RAINFALL SUBSIDING WEST OF A LITTLE FALLS TO FAIRMONT LINE BY 9 AM.
