OWATONNA...AND ALBERT IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL. THE LEADING EDGE HAS MOVED ROUGHLY TO I-94 FROM FARGO MOOREHEAD TO ALEXANDRIA...ST CLOUD AND THE TWIN CITIES...THEN TO THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER FROM THE TWIN CITIES DOWN TO CROSSE WISCONSIN. THE TRAILING EDGE IS IN EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA NEAR BROOKINGS AND SIOUX FALLS.
