WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH SOME LOCAL GUSTS TO NEAR 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. THOSE DRIVING ALONG INTERSTATE 90...ESPECIALLY IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...SHOULD USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
