VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO UNDER A MILE AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY IN LOW LYING AND FOG-PRONE AREAS. DRIER AIR WILL MIX IN LATER THIS MORNING WITH MOST OF THE FOG MIXING OUT TOWARDS DAYBREAK.
