NOW...REGIONAL WEATHER DISCUSSION... A COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHERN OKLAHOMA AND SOUTHERN KANSAS. AT 500 AM... THE STORMS WERE NORTH OF A LINE FROM ALVA... TO ENID... TO PERRY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST-SOUTHEAST AT ABOUT 30 MPH. THE STORM COMPLEX WAS BEGINNING TO WEAKEN... BUT STORMS CONTINUED TO PASS OVER THE SAME AREAS THAT HAVE RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN OVERNIGHT. THIS WILL TO A CONTINUED RISK OF FLOODING THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING. A STATIONARY FRONT EXTENDED FROM HOLDENVILLE... WEST TO PURCELL... TO NEAR LAWTON... SOUTHWEST TO QUANAH TEXAS... AND ON WEST INTO NEW MEXICO. NORTH OF THE FRONT... TEMPERATURES WERE MOSTLY IN THE LOWER 60S WITH NORTHEAST WINDS. SOUTH OF THE FRONT... TEMPERATURES WERE MOSTLY IN THE MID 60S TO LOWER 70S... WITH SOUTHEAST WINDS. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN NEARLY STEADY UNTIL AFTER SUNRISE.
