MOVEMENT WAS TOWARD THE WEST AND SOUTHWEST AT 5 TO 15 MILES PER HOUR. THROUGH 9:45 PM...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE FOR SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND WEST-CENTRAL ARKANSAS. LOCATIONS THAT WILL BE AFFECTED DURING THIS TIME INCLUDE PITTSBURG...LATIMER...LE FLORE ...PUSHMATAHA AND CHOCTAW COUNTIES IN OKLAHOMA. AS WELL AS...SOUTHERN FRANKLIN AND SEBASTIAN COUNTIES IN WEST-CENTRAL ARKANSAS. SEVERAL OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES FROM PREVIOUS AND ONGOING CONVECTION MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL ISOLATED DEVELOPMENT ELSEWHERE SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40 THIS EVENING. THE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND GUSTY WINDS TO 50 MILES PER HOUR.
