.NOW...REGIONAL WEATHER DISCUSSION... AROUND 930 PM...SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATED AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE LOCATED NEAR LUBBOCK...TEXAS. AHEAD OF THIS FEATURE...SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING AND MOVING ACROSS THE EASTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE AND ADJACENT AREAS OF WESTERN OKLAHOMA. THIS DISTURBANCE WILL LIFT QUICKLY INTO CENTRAL KANSAS DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS BUT WILL BRING ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO WESTERN OKLAHOMA IN THE MEANTIME. THROUGH 11 PM...AREA WEST OF A LINE FROM CHEROKEE TO FAIRVIEW TO HOBART AND QUANAH...TEXAS WILL HAVE THE BEST CHANCES OF RAIN. SOME OF THE RAIN MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES AS A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. A COLD FRONT EXTENDING FROM SOUTHEAST COLORADO INTO NORTHWEST KANSAS WILL APPROACH FAR NORTHWEST OKLAHOMA BY 7 AM MONDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES BEHIND THE FRONT WILL QUICKLY FALL INTO THE 40S WITH GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS.
