THESE WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 30 TO 35 MPH. THROUGH 3 PM...SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE OVER WESTERN PAWNEE AND OSAGE COUNTIES...WITH SCATTERED LIGHT SHOWERS BEGINNING TO AFFECT WASHINGTON AND WESTERN PORTIONS OF NOWATA COUNTIES. THE PRECIPITATION WILL BE LIGHT...WITH RAINFALL RATES OF LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH PER HOUR.
