AT 8 AM...RADAR INDICATED LIGHT SNOW FLURRIES FALLING FROM MID LEVEL CLOUDS MOVING RAPIDLY SOUTHWARD ACROSS PARTS OF OKLAHOMA...MAINLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40 AND EAST OF ANADARKO TO WALTERS LINE. DRY AIR NEAR THE SURFACE IS LIKELY PREVENTING MOST OF THE SNOW FROM REACHING THE GROUND...HOWEVER...THE CHANCE OF BRIEF SNOW FLURRIES WILL CONTINUE OVER THE NORTHERN TWO THIRDS OF OKLAHOMA THROUGH 10 AM. OTHERWISE...NORTHWEST WINDS AT SPEEDS BETWEEN 10 AND 20 MPH...AND WITH GUSTS OCCASIONALLY APPROACHING 30 MPH...WILL CONTINUE ACROSS OKLAHOMA AND NORTH TEXAS THIS MORNING. AS THE DISTURBANCE CAUSING THE STRONG WINDS GRADUALLY MOVES TO THE NORTHEAST LATER TODAY...THE WINDS SHOULD WEAKEN RAPIDLY.
