HOWEVER...BRIEF HEAVY RAIN OF UP TO AN INCH PER HOUR IS POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE THIS MORNING. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON. PERSONS TRAVELING ACROSS THE PANHANDLES SHOULD USE CAUTION AND BE ALERT FOR PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS AND IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
