AN ADDITIONAL TOTAL OF ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED DURING THE NIGHT. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE CAUTION AS FAST MOVING WATER OVER ROADWAYS CAN SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD.
