MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE SOUTH HALF OF MINNESOTA AND WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS. THIS MIXED PRECIPITATION WILL MOVE OUT OF WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA DURING THE EARLY AFTERNOON. TOTAL ACCUMULATION WILL BE A LIGHT COATING ON FROZEN SURFACES. AN AREA OF LIGHT MIXED PRECIPITATION EITHER...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE...AND OR LIGHT SNOW OR FLURRIES IS LOCATED FROM THE EASTERN DAKOTAS ACROSS THE SOUTH HALF OF MINNESOTA...AND THE CENTRAL THIRD OF WISCONSIN. MOST OF THE MIXED PRECIPITATION THAT IS BEING DETECTED IS CLOUDS... MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION IS NOT REACHING THE GROUND. THE LEADING EDGE IS ROUGHLY FROM SIOUX FALLS SOUTH DAKOTA TO THE TWIN CITY METRO AREA...TO EAU CLAIRE WISCONSIN. MOVEMENT IS TO THE EAST AT 40 MPH.
