LOW STRATUS HAS LIMITED THE FORMATION OF DENSE FOG THIS MORNING WITH VISIBILITIES CURRENTLY RANGING FROM 1/4 TO 3 MILES. HOWEVER THIS DOES NOT MEAN THERE CANNOT BE...OR WILL NOT BE SOME PATCHES OF DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE THROUGH THROUGH SUNRISE. EXPECT THE LOW CLOUDS OVER THE NORTHERN SACRAMENTO VALLEY TO BREAK UP BY LATE MORNING WHILE THE CLOUDS OVER THE NORTHERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY MAY REMAIN IN PLACE ALL DAY.
