SOME VALLEYS AFFECTED BY THE LOCALLY DENSE FOG INCLUDE THE SANTA YNEZ VALLEY...CUYAMA VALLEY...HUASANA VALLEY...SALINAS RIVER VALLEY...ESTRELLA VALLEY...THE CARRIZO PLAIN...AND OTHER SMALLER VALLEYS IN THE MOUNTAINS. VISIBILITIES SHOULD IMPROVE BY 10 AM. IF DENSE FOG IS ENCOUNTERED...USE YOUR LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND INCREASE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE VEHICLES AROUND YOU.
