Breathitt County, KY War Creek FLASH FLOOD Reported by Public on 06/17/2013 at 1150 PM War Creek road that runs along and about 200 ft away from War Creek has water over road washing out the roadway. Observer reported that this is a gravel road but that the water is knee deep in places and flowing over the bridge. Not sure if this is a low water crossing. If Creek rises 2 to 3 feet higher he will need to evacuate.
