The Cumberland River at Williamsburg.
* from Thursday morning to Saturday evening.
* at  8:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 14.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* The river will rise above flood stage by Thursday morning and continue 
to rise to near 27.5 feet by Friday morning. The river will fall 
below flood stage by Saturday afternoon.

WARNING FOR RAIN...SLEET...AND SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7
PM WEDNESDAY TO 1 PM EST THURSDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO
LONGER IN EFFECT.

* TIMING...COLDER AIR WILL MOVE IN FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT...CHANGING
PRECIPITATION FROM RAIN...TO A MIXTURE OF FREEZING
RAIN...SLEET...AND THEN SNOW. FREEZING RAIN AND ACCUMULATING
SLEET WILL BEGIN WEDNESDAY EVENING...TRANSITIONING TO ALL SNOW
LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING. SNOW SHOULD LIGHTEN
