THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE NORTH SIDE OF SAN ANGELO AND NORTHEAST
TOMGREEN COUNTY. THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY
AREA. UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN.
