Two main damage areas, one around beaverton and another north of lake lancer in the sugar springs area. Around beaverton, the wind damage began approximately 4 miles southwest of town and continued sporadically to approximately 6 miles northeast of beaverton. The most concentrated damage was in a 1/2 mile area within downtown beaverton. In the sugar springs area, damage involved several trees down and some minor damage to homes.
