Eyewitness reported rotating funnel cloud impacting a neighbors home damaging a portable boat shed and a fence. Time is approximate. No damage was reported to the home.

Portland international airport contract weather observer reported a funnel cloud approximately 2 miles wnw of the field. Social media photos revealed a very thin rope like funnel. The observer estimated it lowered about 200 to 300 feet below the cloud base. No damage reported thus far.
