And downed power lines east side of rotan Fisher County, TX 1 Ene Rotan TORNADO Reported by NWS storm survey on 05/23/2013 at 0612 PM The tornado touched down at 612 pm cdt near east lee street on the east side of rotan. This tornado moved to the south southwest across highway 92 and across the rotan golf club before lifting near the intersection of south genevieve avenue and highway 70 at 618 pm cdt. Damage to roof covering materials and tree damage was observed along this path. The observed damage was consistent with max wind speeds near 80 mph.
