LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL OCCUR WITH QUICK ONE HALF TO ONE INCH AMOUNTS POSSIBLE WHICH COULD PRODUCE TEMPORARY FLOODING ESPECIALLY IN URBAN AREAS.
