.NOW...EXPECT CONTINUED SNOW SHOWERS FROM VALDEZ NORTH AND EAST THROUGH THOMPSON PASS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON AND INTO EARLY EVENING. NEAR THE VILLAGES OF TATITLEK AND ELLAMAR...LOOK FOR RAIN...MIXED WITH SNOW AT TIMES DURING THE EVENING HOURS. UP TO FOUR INCHES OF NEW SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED BY MID-EVENING...WITH THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS FALLING EAST OF TOWN NEAR KEYSTONE CANYON AND THOMPSON PASS. GUSTY NORTH TO EAST WINDS NEAR THE THOMPSON PASS GAP WILL CREATE BLOWING SNOW AND REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES DURING THE NEXT SIX HOURS IN THAT AREA.
