MOTORISTS ON THE 710 AND 405 FREEWAYS AS WELL AS CITY SURFACE STREETS IN THE LONG BEACH... TORRANCE AREA SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR DROPS TO NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY IN DENSE FOG. VISIBILITIES WILL IMPROVE BETWEEN 8 AM AND 9 AM PST.
