THE HEAVIEST SHOWERS WERE IN THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY VALLEYS...HEADING TOWARD THE FOOTHILLS. THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH SMALL HAIL. WET ROADS AND LOCAL PONDING OF WATER CAN BE EXPECTED. RAINFALL TOTALS OF 0.10 TO 0.20 INCHES PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED...EXCEPT UP TO 0.50 INCHES IN AN HOUR IN THE HEAVIEST SHOWERS.
