THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL INITIALLY OCCUR NORTH OF FORT COLLINS AND GREELEY...AS WELL AS ALONG THE PALMER DIVIDE. THE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL...SMALL HAIL...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...AND GUSTY WINDS UP TO 40 MPH. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 1 INCH CAN BE EXPECTED IN LESS THAN 45 MINUTES.
