THE STRONGER STORMS MOVING INTO THE LONGMONT AREA AND OTHERS DEVELOPING OVER DOUGLAS AND ELBERT COUNTIES WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING ONE HALF TO 1 INCH OF RAIN IN 20 MINUTES...STRONG GUSTY WINDS UP TO 50 MPH...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...AND SMALL HAIL. MINOR FLOODING OF STREETS AND INTERSECTIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE AS THE STORMS MOVE THROUGH.
