MOST OF THESE STORMS WILL BE DEVELOPING FROM LOGAN COUNTY SOUTHWARD ACROSS WASHINGTON AND LINCOLN COUNTIES. THE STORMS WILL GRADUALLY INTENSIFY THROUGH THE AFTERNOON WITH THE STRONGER STORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING AN INCH OF RAIN IN 20 MINUTES...STRONG GUSTY WINDS...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
