THE BOUNDARY MERGER WILL TO RAPIDLY FORMING LIGHTNING STORMS AND A FEW STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG OVER EASTERN ORANGE AND OSCEOLA COUNTIES AS WELL AS BREVARD COUNTY. STEERING LEVEL WINDS OUT OF THE WEST WILL FAVOR MOVEMENT OF DEVELOPING STORMS TOWARD THE ATLANTIC COAST.
