ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AN INCH OR LESS THROUGH THE NEXT FEW HOURS. BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IS EXPECTED WITH WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 MILES PER HOUR. VISIBILITIES COULD DROP TO LESS THAN 1 HALF MILE DUE TO BLOWING SNOW. MOTORISTS SHOULD PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATION.
