MOVEMENT WILL CONTINUE TO BE EAST AT 35 MPH. SOME OF THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS SHOULD AVERAGE BETWEEN ONE TENTH AND ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH PER HOUR...BUT LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH ARE NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION.
