THE EAST EDGE OF THE SNOW WILL APPROACH A WATERLOO TO CENTERVILLE LINE BEFORE 1 PM. SNOWFALL OF ONE HALF TO ONE INCH IS EXPECTED AND VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED TO ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES. ONCE THE SNOW STARTS...MOST OF THE ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL OCCUR WITHIN 2 HOURS...WITH ONLY SNOW SHOWERS AFTER THAT.
