AFFECTED RESIDENTS AND MARINERS ALIKE CAN EXPECT PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY DOWNPOURS...REDUCED VISIBILITIES OF 1 MILE DURING PERIODS OF HEAVY DOWNPOURS...AND AN ISOLATED CLOUD TO SURFACE LIGHTNING STRIKE. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY RANGE BETWEEN 1/10 AND 1/4 OF AN INCH...WITH 1/2 INCH AMOUNTS POSSIBLE WITH THE HEAVIEST ACTIVITY.
