HOLLAND AROUND 445 PM EDT... THROUGH 530 PM...OTHER LOCATIONS TO BE AFFECTED BY THE STORMS INCLUDE CHURCHLAND...DEEP CREEK...DOWNTOWN NORFOLK...DOWNTOWN PORTSMOUTH...DOWNTOWN SUFFOLK...GREAT BRIDGE...KEMPSVILLE...OCEAN VIEW...CURRITUCK...GATESVILLE...SOUTH MILLS AND SUNBURY.
