.NOW...AT 9:30 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE SNOW FALLING ACROSS THE MAJORITY OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. THE BULK OF THE ACCUMULATING SNOW WAS FALLING ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40...WITH LIGHTER SNOW FALLING TO THE SOUTH OF THIS LINE. FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WAS ALSO MIXING IN WITH SNOW ACROSS FAR NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS AS TEMPERATURES WARM JUST ABOVE FREEZING. ALL OF THIS ACTIVITY WAS MOVING TO THE WEST AND SOUTHWEST AT AROUND 25 MPH. THROUGH 10:45 AM...SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO FALL ACROSS MOST OF THE REGION WITH LOCATIONS MIXING SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN ACROSS NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS AS TEMPERATURES WARM SLIGHTLY ABOVE FREEZING. HOURLY SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATION RATES WILL GENERALLY BE UP TO A HALF AN INCH...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS UP TO 2 OR MORE INCHES POSSIBLE WITHIN THE HEAVIER BANDS ACROSS NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND ALONG THE OKLAHOMA ARKANSAS BORDER. THE WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR ALL OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.
