.NOW...SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVERNIGHT ACROSS PARTS OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES. MOVEMENT WILL BE NORTH AT 15 MPH ACROSS THE EASTERN SECTIONS OF THE PANHANDLES...AND WILL BE SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH ACROSS WESTERN SECTIONS. MOST OF THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR OVER THE NORTHEASTERN HALF OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE...AND THE EASTERN TWO THIRDS OF THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE....NORTH OF A LINE FROM DALHART TO BORGER TO SHAMROCK. BRIEF HEAVY RAINS CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE STRONGER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THROUGH 1 AM...HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO ONE TENTH INCH WILL BE COMMON...WHILE ISOLATED HOURLY AMOUNTS AROUND ONE HALF INCH WILL OCCUR WITH THE STRONGER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE PANHANDLES THROUGHOUT THE EARLY MORNING HOURS AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS THE SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE.
