WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING ROUGHLY NORTH AND WEST OF A LINE FROM HOLLIS...TO ANADARKO...TO GUTHRIE...TO STILLWATER. ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE AREA...SOUTH WINDS WITH SPEEDS PRIMARILY IN THE 10 TO 15 MPH RANGE ARE EXPECTED. LOW TEMPERATURES THIS MORNING WILL BE MOSTLY IN THE 50S...WITH A FEW LOWS IN THE UPPER 40S EXPECTED IN AREAS PROTECTED FROM THE WIND.
