THE GUSTY WINDS WILL AFFECT WILLOW RIVER...SANDSTONE...HINCKLEY...DANBURY...AND WEBSTER...AS WELL AS THE INTERSTATE 35 CORRIDOR AND SAINT CROIX STATE PARK.
