FURTHER SOUTH ACROSS THE BALTIMORE AND WASHINGTON METRO AREAS AND THE INTERSTATE 66 CORRIDOR...LIGHTER PRECIPITATION UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH IS EXPECTED DURING THE EARLY AFTERNOON. A COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO SETTLE SOUTH FROM ANNAPOLIS...WASHINGTON ...AND WINCHESTER THIS AFTERNOON. NORTHERLY WIND GUSTS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WILL BRING COOLING TEMPERATURES BEHIND THE FRONT THIS AFTERNOON.
