EXPECT FRESH SNOWFALL OF AROUND ONE INCH THROUGH 600 PM OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN...MAINLY IN THE JEMEZ MOUNTAINS. LOCALLY POOR VISIBILITIES OF TWO MILES OR LESS ARE EXPECTED. SNOW ON ROADS WILL CREATE SLICK SPOTS...ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES. WEST WINDS WILL AVERAGE 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH THROUGH 600 PM.
