WESTERLY WINDS GUSTING TO 30 MPH WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND VISIBILITIES OCCASIONALLY LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE. IN ADDITION... TEMPERATURES IN THE TEENS MAY CAUSE ROADS TO BE ICY AND SLICK. USE CAUTION IF YOU MUST TRAVEL.
