LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST MARYLAND EARLY THIS MORNING. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL OCCUR ACROSS FREDERICK...CARROLL AND NORTHERN BALTIMORE COUNTIES THROUGH 7 AM. SNOWFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES AN HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST LATER THIS MORNING AND BECOME GUSTY.
