STORMS WILL DRIFT SLOWLY TO THE WEST. THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF HEAVY RAIN...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...AND WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH. DUE TO THE SLOW MOVING NATURE OF THE STORMS...HOURLY RAINFALL RATES WILL RANGE BETWEEN ONE HALF AND ONE INCH. THROUGH 4 PM...AFFECTED COMMUNITIES INCLUDE MAGDALENA...DATIL...PIETOWN... QUEMADO...BLUEWATER LAKE...GRANTS...AND PERHAPS THE FOOTHILLS OF ALBUQUERQUE.
