WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE THROUGH THE EVENING TO 15 TO 25 MPH FROM THE WEST. ANY SNOW ACCUMULATION THROUGH 9 PM WILL BE AN INCH OR LESS WITH SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
