RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS AHEAD OF THIS FEATURE HAD PUSHED OUTFLOW AND WIDESPREAD CLOUD COVER AS FAR SOUTH AS MANGUM...CHICKASHA... NORMAN...AND SEMINOLE OKLAHOMA. TO THE NORTH OF THE OUTFLOW...RAIN AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING. INSTABILITY WILL REMAIN LIMITED...UNTIL ADDITIONAL HEATING TAKES PLACE THIS AFTERNOON. ABUNDANT LOW AND MID LEVEL MOISTURE...HOWEVER...WILL SUPPORT OCCASIONAL HEAVY DOWNPOURS...EVEN THIS MORNING. AT 8 AM...THE HEAVIEST DOWNPOURS WERE LOCATED BETWEEN SEILING AND ENID...AND ALSO NEAR STILLWATER...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. QUICK ACCUMULATIONS OVER A QUARTER INCH ARE LIKELY.
