LAWTON AND FORT COBB OKLAHOMA AND INCLUDE INTERSTATE 44 IN FROM WICHITA FALLS TO NORTHEAST OF LAWTON. LOCAL VISIBILITIES WILL BE LESS THAN ONE-HALF MILE IN SOME AREAS.
