.NOW...AT 5:50 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADARS CONTINUED TO INDICATE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AFFECTING PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA. THE ACTIVITY WAS LOCATED ALONG AND WEST OF A DEPEW TO CLOUDY LINE...MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. THE ACTIVITY ACROSS WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS HAS PUSHED OUT OF THE FORECAST AREA AND INTO CENTRAL ARKANSAS. THROUGH 7 PM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR ALONG AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM CROWDER TO POTEAU. DAMAGING THUNDERSTORM WINDS TO 70 MILES AN HOUR...TORRENTIAL RAINS...AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY OF THE STRONGER STORMS. SCATTERED SHOWERS WITH AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORM WILL ALSO REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...ALONG AND NEAR THE INTERSTATE 40 CORRIDOR AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 75. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND FOR CRAWFORD...FRANKLIN AND SEBASTIAN COUNTIES IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS.
