THE ACTIVITY WAS LOCATED ALONG AND SOUTH OF A CARNEY TO MUSKOGEE TO HUNTSVILLE LINE AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM ASHLAND TO WHITESBORO TO MANSFIELD. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. THROUGH 4 PM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS MAINLY SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS...FROM PETTIGREW TO MCALESTER. DAMAGING THUNDERSTORM WINDS TO 70 MILES AN HOUR...TORRENTIAL RAINS...AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY OF THE STRONGER STORMS. SCATTERED LIGHT RAIN WILL ALSO REMAIN POSSIBLE ACROSS EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...ALONG AND NEAR INTERSTATE 40. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT FOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND ALSO FOR THE MAJORITY OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.
