ELEVATED ROADWAYS MAY BE SLICK...AS TEMPERATURES HOVER NEAR FREEZING. WEST WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH WILL BECOME GUSTY... WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 OR 30 MPH. THIS COULD REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A QUARTER OF A MILE VERY QUICKLY.
